Happy 15 months old

Henry is turning 15 months old!

He has the funniest little personality and is such a character. I love bedtime when he is clearly trying to buy time, by petting Mommy's face or kissing his hand and touching Mommy's face. He loves playing in the bath and splashing water. I can't wait until the beach this summer! He just discovered a love for cookies (gluten free, dairy free, nut free, soy free, vegan Life Is good! brand).

It's hard to believe this was four year ago. I am so glad I said yes!

Being proposed to in the dugout at Great American as such an amazing experience.

Little Office Helper

Today was a busy day, I spent the day at church working in my office with my favorite little helper. Hank "tried" to help me with my work. It was so cute, he tired to type on the computer keys. Needless to say I got more work done while he was napping. ツ

Playdate with all the babies.

Today we had a playdate with all of Hank's friends. Carrie, Alexa, Ashley, and I have all been very good friends since high school. It was so much fun to have a mommy date while the babies all played.

Hank, Adalynn, and Autumn were all born a week part. Well Adalynn and Hank are two days apart and Autumn the next week.

It's amazing how much these three have grown in a year.

This was last year: Adalynn, Hank, and Autumn.

Hank and I did our weekly letter with finger print. Only J requested a footprint tractor. J said the tractor had to be red, because real tractors are red. I never knew there were different color tractors before J. I use to believe all tractors were green, however there are red, green, and blue ones.

Date Night

J and I had a date night ツ Hank went to play with Bubba Bubba and Nana. We had a lovely dinner at PF Changs and then went to Bogarts to watch a band showcase. J's cousin Jeremy is in a band called Elk Creek. It was an awesome show! You can check out Elk Creek at: www.elkcreekmusic.com .

A is for Alligator.....

Before Hank was born I knitted him an aviator hat because his nursery is done with airplanes. Once the hat was done, I decided he needed a sweater to match his hat. So for his one month photos he wore the sweater and hat. He was so tiny and slept through the whole photos.

Well a year later I decided to make him another sweater just like the original one, only bigger.

So for his one year + one month (13 month) photos he wore his new sweater. Only it was very hard to get a good photo because he refuses to sit still.

This week Hank and I spent the week reading books, playing alot, and being crafty.

A is for Alligator.

I think Hank and I will try to do the whole ABC's in hand prints this year with the hopes of making him a book when were done.

Hank stole my glasses today and is trying to help me blog. What can I say, He is a baby genius!

You say: Mum, Dad, Ap-paw, Nana, bye, hello, vroom, buzz, milk, dirty, and No. You give the best high fives and just giggle. You wave hi and bye. You love to splash water and read touchy feely books. You like puzzles and blocks. You crawl very quickly and will walk with help, but aren't daring enough to do it by yourself yet. You dislike shoes, socks, and hats. You are so curious about the world around you. You sleep all night in your crib and love your blanket.

Merry Christmas!

After celebrating Christmas at my parent's house on Christmas Eve, we went to church for candle light service. Before bed, we read The Night Before Christmas with Hank. Hank went to bed and Santa put someone's present together. Santa brought Hank a sand/water/ball table. He loved it!
